Products purchased from East West can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product to be returned is in new and saleable condition.
Refund will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase, and if to credit card, must be to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
Products purchased over 30 days ago may be returned at the discretion of store staff, and will be for store credit.
No returns are accepted for the following: Sale or used items, opened CD’s, decks or crystals.
Returns accompanied by a Gift Receipt are subject to the same conditions as for other product, and, if accepted, will be refunded by store credit.
Tickets for events held at East West are refundable until 24 hours before the event, and will be refunded in same manner as original payment. No refund will be issued if refund is requested less than 24 hours before event begins.
If an in-store event is cancelled, purchaser will be notified as soon as possible and their ticket purchase will be refunded in original form of payment.
Tickets purchased from East West for events held outside the store can be refunded until 72 hours before the event begins. Refund will be in the original form of payment. No refund will be issued if refund is requested less than 72 hours before event begins.
Tickets for East West-sponsored events purchased through other sources for are subject to sale and return policies of the source where purchased.
Should an event be cancelled, ticket purchasers will be notified as soon as possible, and tickets purchased from East West will be refunded in original form of payment.
