October 29, 2018 - Monday 7-8:30pm - Post-Lineage Yoga, Sacred Eco-Activism and Feminism - with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

Join international yoga teacher, and author Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, PhD, for an nourishing, welcoming, inspiring and delightfully fun evening of deep relaxation, music and poetry, as we explore creating a sustainable spiritual life while meeting our grassroots and global responsibilities in joyful and empowered ways.

Many yoga practitioners are actively engaged in social change and political activism at the global and grassroots level:
How can we live a nourishing spiritual life that empowers us to step up to community and planetary responsibilities? How can we move out of the old power structures of yoga lineages and into the new realm of planetary sacred activism? Join us as we explore these questions creatively with Yoga Nidra/deep relaxation, music and poetry, Q and A and spirited discussion.

Uma Dinsmore-Tuli met yoga at the age of four, and fell in love. She's been practicing ever since, and teaching yoga since 1994. She is a post-lineage yoga therapist specializing in women's health and planetary healing. Uma has written four yoga books. She is the developer of Total Yoga Nidra, and the co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network. www.umadinsmoretuli.comwww.wombyoga.orgwww.yoganidranetwork.org.
