Join Suryadas Holliman Wednesday evenings from 7 - 8 pm for this guided group meditation practice. No experience necessary! Suryadas will guide you through proven techniques for developing deep peace and inner joy. Even experienced meditators will benefit from meditating with other like-minded souls.

Relaxation techniques, watching the breath, mantra, pranayama (breath/energy control), affirmations, planetary healing, and 25 minutes of silence are included in this weekly meditation practice.
