Learn about the benefits of mindfulness and the brain science of neuroplasticity with Catherine Smith. Begin to practice some mindful breath for health. Learn about two elements of mindfulness: Non-judgement and beginners mind. Begin your sitting meditation practice. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topics.
