Ananda offers a 4-class Fullness Meditation Series every month at East West Bookshop, covering the topics Mind Fullness, Health Fullness, Peace Fullness and Soul Fullness. Save $20 if you sign up for all four classes.

In this second class of a 4 class series, you will experience how to improve energy & healtlh through proven techniques working with posture, breathing, and self-awareness.

Optimum health can be improved when good posture enables the even distribution of energy to the body; when proper breathing oxygenates the cells efficiently, and when the mind is aware of the energy and vitality latent or flowing in the body.

In this class you'll learn:

  • How to sit with a straight spine
  • How to stand & walk with a straight spine
  • How to breath naturally using the diaphragm
  • How focusing on the life energy within you will stimulate vitality & health
  • Learn simple tension exercises (done while standing)
  • Learn the double breath & even count breath techniques
  • Learn to create simple imagery for meditation
  • Two separate practice sessions will be given during this class

    This is the second of a 4-class Fullness Meditation Series that meets 4 Monday nights in Mayand includes classes on:

    • Health Fullness (May 8)
    • Peace Fullness (May 15)
    • Soul Fullness (May 22)
