Ananda Yoga is a meditative & slow paced class that offers classic asanas with affirmations and energizing pranayam movements that will bestow physical strength and relaxation, inspiration, inner peace, and clarity of mind. Our meditative and individualistic style makes Ananda Yoga suitable for both beginning and intermediate levels of practice.

Come to drop in meditation after class! At 7pm, there is a free meditation in the smaller room, part guided part silent. Yoga is a great precursor to meditation as it calms the mind and body, creating a sense of stillness.

Join SHAEFEATHER WINDSONG, dedicated volunteer teacher of Ananda Yoga for Higher Awareness, for inspiration and guidance in raising your inner awareness through asana and pranayam.
