Exploring coloring as a tool for mindfulness and self-discovery with Andrea Koehler and The Coloring Project.
This workshop blends the benefits of coloring with guided mindfulness activities fostering self-discovery and increasing self-awareness. Topics include the power of focus, building the muscles of presence, the creating space for quiet, reconnecting with self and others, fostering creativity, and using coloring as an active meditation or mindfulness tool.
Andrea Koehler's background is in Training and Development and instructional design. In addition to founding The Coloring Project, she works as a professional (ontological) coach.
The workshop includes all coloring supplies and sample coloring pages from her book, The Power of Positive Coloring. Everyone will receive a set of coloring note cards and colored pencils for the activities. Carve out an hour and a half to create space for calm, creativity, and consciousness.
