Stress affects us all and can be a good thing, in moderation. Come learn about the basics of biofeedback and what it can offer you to improve your relationship to dis-stressors while improving your health. This session with Seth Enos, ND, will begin with an orientation to biofeedback followed by an instructional on basic techniques you can use to reduce your body's reaction to stress.
