March 21, 2018 - Wednesday 6:45-8:30pm - Singing Bowl Yoga Sound Bath for Spring Equinox - with Shaefeather Windsong & Maria Nunez

Maria Ayanna & Shaefeather invite you to a night of gentle yoga, Energy Medicine & the healing sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls to rejuvenate the soul.

Celebrate the Spring Equinox with yoga and sound healing! Tonight's poses & bowl techniques coincide with the energy of the spring season. Allow the power of the singing bowls and gentle hatha poses to center and clear your mind, body and spirit, helping you through this seasonal transition. This class is co taught by Acupuncturist & certified Sound healer, Maria Nunez, and Shaefeather Windsong, RYT & certified Energy Medicine Yoga instructor.

Singing Bowl Yoga is a slow paced hatha yoga class that is accessible to all levels (including beginners) with Tibetan singing bowls being played throughout the routine. This class includes a 30-minute singing bowl concert at the end for deep relaxation. Bring your mat and any blankets/pillows for the sound bath.

The combination of movement and sound will help restore, balance, and align the body's energy systems. The seven-metal singing bowls directly work with the chakras and help deepen the healing of the body. Energy Medicine techniques will also be blended into the routine to help align meridians and clear your aura. Let the waves of vibration wash over you and bring forth your best self this spring!

Crystals & Essential oils are provided, feel free to bring your own crystals (make sure your crystals are cleared before bringing them).
