By Grace and practice, we can find a path to peace of mind and ease of heart. Life is a complex exploratory process of daily routines, practice, and analysis – all to cultivate the ability to really trust ones own heart.
It takes courage, patience, and faith to walk this path of Life.
The compass to help us navigate can be found in the traditions of India that Nina was attracted to and grew up with. The depth of meaning and validity of those practices in her own life was revealed through Western interpretation. Chanting is her vehicle, her path, and the destination.
Take-Away from the Workshop:
- Time together in Satsang with chanting practice to quiet the mind
- Experience and explore chanting different mantras and melodies to consider for self-Practice
