Catherine Smith will lead participants in the practice of self-compassion and related yoga movement and breath.

With Catherine Smith participants will understand the importance of self-compassion practices for personal transformation and will have the opportunity to practice this.
They will be introduced to more breathing exercises and simple yoga moves. The elements of mindfulness for the final week are patience and non-striving.
