"To get the most out of your resin incense, bury your charcoal with a layer of white ash over the top. This creates a slightly lower but sustainable temperature perfect for slowly extracting the luscious scents in the woods, herbs, and resins without burning them up quickly (which is what happens if you put them directly on top of a red hot charcoal). I highly recommend using Japanese-style charcoal (square/rectangular) vs the standard round charcoals. They are lower in smoke and burn evenly." --Shae, the incense buyer.
Lotus Leaf** (Green Box): Experience a "lotus effect" of your own with this wonderful mixture of raw aromatics, including sandalwood, clove, cinnamon, and other spices.
Satori** (Purple Box): Awaken to the possibilities of natural fragrance with our Satori granulated incense. Prized agarwood, smooth sandalwood, earthy clove, festive patchouli, and other aromatic spices create an uplifting mood.
Prayer** (Blue Box): Sandalwood, clove and patchouli lend a comforting terrestrial vibe, but it's the agarwood in our Prayer granulated incense that elevates it to a higher plane.
**NOTE: Some of the boxes have handwritten notes with marker on them. We did this because the box is entirely in Japanese and we wrote down the names and ingredients in English to help our customers read and understand the contents of the box.
