During this meditation class series, you will learn the basics of meditation so you feel confident and ready to start your own practice. Each class will offer topics of inspiration, simple and effective meditation techniques, a guided meditation, and time for questions and answers.
Topics covered are the three stages of meditation, how to sit and where to concentrate, simple techniques to relax the body and concentrate the mind, and how to move toward greater Self-awareness.
