Diane Godere uses a large air filled ball for strength, flexibility and balanced exercises that benefit the body & mind.

Expect the benefit of being loving toward yourself, confident, strong, peaceful, joyful and fulfilled through movement and music.

All equipment provided. Exercises are gentle and will be appropriate for all participants. Please wear comfortable clothing.
