What is purification? What is being purified, and what is being cleared? How can visualization of geometric forms and colors help to rectify unhealthy patterns, bad luck, and negative karma? Engage in the deep spiritual art of creating a sacred Yantra with internationally renowned author/artist Ekabhumi Ellik and prepare to be inspired!

Tattwa Shuddhi is a fundamental yogic practice with immense benefits anyone engaged in spiritual practice can enjoy. Drawing the geometric shapes associated with the elements, a yantra (“instrument”), is one way to make this practice easier for people who have trouble with meditation and visualization. For adepts, sacred art can be used to make the practice more intense, more precise, and extend the benefits. No deities or devotional practices required; this practice is suitable for followers of any religion.

Please bring: a ruler, a pencil, compass, a small painting brush (or colored pencils), a sheet of watercolor paper on a drawing board, or a block of watercolor paper on a cardboard backing. Art materials will be available for purchase as well.
