*Please be on time for morning classes. Doors will close promptly at 6:30 am. 

Free Group Meditations:

    • Sunday Morning Meditation: 9-10 am, every week. 
    • Wednesday Night Drop-In Meditation: 7-8 pm (7-7:15 guided meditation, 7:15-8 silent meditation)
    •  "Circle of Joy" - satsang and meditation: Friday September 21 and Friday October 19th, 11am-12pm.

Meditation Classes:
 "Fullness Meditation Series": Ananda offers a monthly 4-class Meditation Series.  $20 per class or $60 for all four.
