In this class we explore embodied consciousness and practice identifying and feeling each aspect of it while learning how to use the information to support our healing and well being.
The ancient wisdom traditions of China and India recognize the multidimensionality of our human existence. This includes the physical as well as energetic, mental, and spiritual aspects of being. In this class, we will explore what this means in terms of embodied consciousness, and how we can use those insights to ground our energy and support our overall health and wellbeing.
