December 20, 2017 - Wednesday 6:45-8:30pm - Winter Solstice Singing Bowl Yoga & Sound Bath - with Shae Windsong and Maria Nunez

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with Hatha Yoga, Tibetan Singing Bowls and a deeply relaxing sound bath with Maria Nunez and Shaefeather Windsong.

Please note: pre-registration is highly recommended as there are only 25 spots total. Space fills up quickly! The first 15-20 pre-registered participants will have first access to the inner circle around the bowls. The other 5-10 students will be on the outer edge of the room (you can still hear and feel the bowls!) To be fair, whoever registers first will get first access. Register early!

As we rejoice in the light returning, make this the opportunity to awaken your own light within. Allow the power of the singing bowls and hatha poses to center and clear your mind, body and spirit. This class is co taught by Acupuncturist & certified Sound healer, Maria Nunez, and Shaefeather Windsong, RYT & certified Energy Medicine Yoga instructor.

Singing Bowl Yoga is a hatha yoga class that is accessible to all levels (including beginners) with singing bowls being played throughout the routine. This class includes a 30-minute singing bowl concert at the end for deep relaxation--Bring your mat and also any blankets/pillows for the sound bath.

This combination of movement and sound will help restore, balance, and align the body's energy systems: aura, chakras, meridians, and more. Within the poses we will address the chakras and use the matching chakra tones using many different seven-metal singing bowls to help deepen the opening and healing. Energy Medicine techniques will also be blended into the routine to help align meridians and clear your aura. Let the waves of vibration wash over you and bring forth your best self this winter and in the new year!

Crystals & Essential oils are provided, feel free to bring your own crystals (make sure your crystals are cleared before bringing them).
